2. Learning Account (collegeprep.kmjlearning.com): This account is your Learning Management System (LMS) account, where the courses you have purchased are housed. It is accessed through collegeprep.kmjlearning.com. This is where you will log in to access course materials, participate in activities, and track your progress.Both accounts are associated with the email address you used during the purchase of your course. While they may or may not have the same password, we recommend using a secure and memorable password for each account. If you need to reset your password, you can do so separately for each account through their respective login pages.

Accessing Your Course After Purchase

2. If this is not your first purchase:

I am able to log in but course is not there. (MISSING COURSE)
Occasionally, technical glitches can occur, and courses may not be automatically enrolled after purchase. If you find that your course is missing after logging in, please reach out to our support team. I just installed the app, how can I access my course?
Open the app and log in using the same credentials you use for our Learning Management System (LMS) website. These credentials include the email and password you set up when you first accessed your courses on collegeprep.kmjlearning.com.
I was able to log in, but the course is not loading. I only see white blank space.
If you're experiencing issues with the course not loading, try the following troubleshooting steps:
